Do you handle production yourselves?
We carry out production with our production partners, each specialized in their field. You deal with a single point — us; we plan and track the entire process from design to delivery on your behalf.
I don't have a design file, can we still work together?
Of course. If your file isn't ready, we prepare your packaging design from scratch; if you already have a file, we make it production-ready.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Quantity varies by product type and printing technique. Digital is more suitable for low quantities, and offset or flexo for high quantities. Share your project and let's determine the best quantity range for you together.
Can I get a sample?
We plan a sampling process so you can confirm the look and dimensions before going into production. We clarify the sample terms at the quote stage according to the scope of the project.
How long does the process take?
The timeline depends on the scope of the design, sample approval and the chosen production technique. Once we receive your project, we provide you with a clear deadline plan.
Which types of packaging do you work with?
Mainly labels, boxes and flexible packaging (doypack, sachet, roll film). Tell us about your needs, and let's determine the best form for your product together.
How should I send the print-ready file?
It should be in vector format (AI/PDF), with the dieline on a separate layer and fonts converted to outlines. You can find a detailed explanation in our guide.
